A relaxing vacation in a new and very well-equipped vacation home!!

Enjoy the fantastic view of the maritime marina... from the living room, the terrace, and the loft inside the house.

Right across the way is the harbor café, where you can sit right by the water and look out over the harbor basin and the Ems River.

Relax in the vacation home’s private wellness area: a Finnish sauna and a great, large hot tub for two people! Afterward, enjoy a massage in the recliner while gazing at the flickering electric fireplace or watching TV... An interesting book collection also awaits you here.

Internet-enabled TVs are available in the living room, the relaxation room, and both bedrooms.

The two-story house features the following rooms:
On the first floor:
- Spacious living-dining room with open kitchen
- Wellness bathroom with Finnish sauna, whirlpool, and shower
- Relaxation room with 2 recliners, electric fireplace, and TV
- Bedroom with a large double bed
- Guest restroom

On the upper floor:
- Loft
- Bedroom with a large double bed and seating area
- Bathroom with shower
- Washer/dryer

Outside, you can sit in the sun or in the shade. A table and chairs are provided for the patio. The garden is completely fenced in. In addition to the patio, there is also a lawn.

You can park your car right next to the house for free.

Across from the vacation home is the Marina Park Harbor Café, which features beautiful seating right on the water. A variety of dishes, as well as coffee and cake, are served here. From October through Easter, the marina café is usually closed for the winter.

There are several charming vacation homes around the marina. This area, as well as the banks of the Ems River, is ideal for walking and biking. The Ems Bike Trail runs right past the house...

The two nearest supermarkets are located about 2 and 3 km away, respectively, both with bakeries on site, in the town of Walchum. The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.

There are PLENTY of places to visit in the area: Papenburg (the “Little Venice of the North”), the sophisticated town of Leer, a quick trip to the coast (only about 110 km), the Papenburg mega-shipyard, various amusement parks, and numerous swimming lakes. It’s less than 10 km to the Netherlands. And for cyclists, this place is an El Dorado!

Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and one large and one small towel will be provided for each booked guest. Two dish towels are also included in the linens package. Every vacation booking must include a linen package.

Group gatherings and parties are not permitted here!

Up to 2 dogs may be accommodated at this vacation home. You can include them in your booking during the reservation process; otherwise, an additional fee will apply later.
