You’ll find our “Am Wasser” home, complete with a carport and storage room, in a quiet location. The lot measures 800 square meters. All windows have roller shutters, and fly screens are installed in the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. The living room, bathroom, and hallway are tiled; the bedrooms have laminate flooring (no carpet). The shower in the bathroom is walk-in, and underfloor heating in this area keeps your feet warm. A dishwasher, high-speed Wi-Fi (16 Mbits), and a washing machine—no coin-operated machine required—are, of course, provided.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
In summary: a home suitable for people with allergies and senior-friendly.
Please note: the attic of the house contains only utility rooms; these are not occupied.

The spacious living-dining room opens directly onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped—dishwasher, tableware for 8 people, pots and pans, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Tassimo, electric kettle, toaster, blender....

The master bedroom features a double bed (bed size approx. 160 cm by 200 cm) with two single mattresses, and a guest room with a loft bed (sleeping surface approx. 90 cm by 200 cm each). Both bedrooms each have a built-in closet.

Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 1 child in a travel crib.

A high chair and a travel crib are available. A shower stool can also be provided upon request.

Tourist tax/guest cards: 2.00 EUR–3.40 EUR per person per night, depending on the season
