Villa Shera, is a great place in the Lalzi Bay area at Lura1 resort, within green at 100m from the beach. With an indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ, a big roof terrace to enjoy the sky, relax and as an additional dining area is ideal for family vacation and remote working. The villa can host up to 2 families with 10 bed places available and more couches. It provides free available parking place for more cars. Very close to multiple restaurants, mini-markets, Spa, Gym, swimming-pool, playgrounds

The villa is build on 2 floors. In the first floor there is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms with access on a long balcony. The roof is accessible and give access to a large terrace you can use for relaxation, eating, taking the sun, reading or enjoying the night sky.

The ground floor one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, dinning area and a separated kitchen.

Outdoor furnished terrace is available and sides to the garden.

Guest can access all the villa, in all areas which are not locked and which they do not have keys. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terraces and garden are all accessible.

The villa is in a very green area and within the LURA 1 Resort. Within 300m multiple restaurants, bar/caffe can be found together with playing fields such as basket, football, tennis, and playgrounds for children. A swimming-pool, gym, and more mini-marktes. In addition there is also a fresh fruits and vegetable market from local producers. Within 10 km it is possible to reach Lakes, River a wonderful vineyard, some cultural monuments and the Rodoni Cape.

Parking in the villa is easy. At the arrival you can park along the perimeter of the villa itself. The Fence is wide and allows parking for more vehicles. Getting around is easy by foot or with scooter or bikes. A long promenade is very nice for the morning and evening walks.
