One of the most beautiful houses built in the traditional Seefeld architectural style, it has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Very centrally located yet in a quiet setting, Villa St. Oswald is just a 3-minute walk from Seefeld’s pedestrian zone. The location of our apartment building is also ideal for guests who rely on public transportation. The train station and bus terminal are also just a 3-minute walk away, and the stop for the free ski and village bus is right next to our building.

Our 5 vacation apartments are characterized by their brightness and attention to detail. Antique furniture and electrically operated tiled stoves create a traditional, stylish, and cozy atmosphere. Apartments 1–4 are suitable for 2–3 people and range in size from 45 to 50 m². Apartment 5, our penthouse, sleeps 4 people and features 2 bedrooms as well as a separate living and dining area. From the south-facing balcony of the 95 m² vacation apartment, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding Seefeld mountains. All apartments are equipped with marble bathrooms, kitchenettes with dishwashers and cooking utensils, a safe, and free high-speed internet. Small dogs are welcome at our Villa St. Oswald.

Your summer vacation at 1,200 m! The central location of our property makes it the ideal starting point for a variety of leisure activities. The nearby Geigenbühel offers easy, well-marked hiking and biking trails. You’ll find more challenging trails with fantastic mountain views, for example, in the area around the Rosshütte mountain railways. A leisurely 15-minute walk takes you to the beautiful Wildsee, which is perfect for a dip.

The Seefeld region—a true paradise for your winter vacation! Cross-country skiers and biathletes can enjoy 271 km of perfectly groomed trails and 30 shooting ranges. Alpine skiers will find a cozy, manageable ski area in the region with perfectly groomed slopes and modern lift facilities. Numerous natural toboggan runs, combined with a fantastic winter hike, ensure an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
