The Soonwald Apartment—A place to enjoy!
The Accommodation
As soon as you enter the Soonwald Apartment, you’ll find yourself in a spacious, inviting hallway. There you’ll find a bench and two coat closets. All other rooms are accessible from here.

On the left are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200). A crib can be provided upon request.

At the end of the hallway, also on the left, is the dining room with a long table, a reading nook, and a fireplace. The dining table seats at least six people. All rooms on the left side of the hallway have direct access to the balcony.

The cozy living room is directly adjacent to the dining room and can be separated by a sliding wooden door. The comfortable, large couch can be converted into a double bed in just a few simple steps. The TV has a cable connection and is a Smart TV. Here, you can comfortably watch TV or listen to music with your loved ones and enjoy your time together. From the living room, you have a great view of the Soonwald and Stromburg.

On the right side of the hallway is the large, cozy kitchen-diner.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for a hearty breakfast or a relaxed dinner. Pots, dishes, glasses, silverware, and a coffee filter machine, as well as salt, pepper, ground coffee, and tea, are provided.

The naturally lit bathroom with a large walk-in shower and rain showerhead is also located on the right side of the hallway. The separate toilet is right next door and features an additional sink and a window.

The garden is a great place to relax. A patio and barbecue area are currently under construction, and space for a hammock and a hot tub will soon be available.
Guest Access
You’ll have the entire place to yourself. You’ll enter the Soonwald Apartment through a separate entrance.
The outdoor area is accessible from both the Airbnb listing and the private apartment. The garden is completely fenced in.
Additional important information
The lovingly furnished Soonwald Apartment isn’t just a place where you can enjoy time with your loved ones—it’s also a space for art, decoration, and inspiration. All labeled decorations and style items are available for purchase.

If your pet is one of your loved ones, they are of course also welcome—just let me know in advance.

There is no washing machine in the Soonwald Apartment. If you’d still like to do your laundry, just send me a message and we’ll find a solution.
