Our country-style apartment, with 42 square meters of living space, is located on the upper floor and can accommodate 1–3 people. The cozy living area, featuring a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a radio, invites you to relax. The dining area and the fully equipped kitchen—featuring an electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a mini-oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, dishes, and pots—leave nothing to be desired. The apartment features a double bed and a closet with ample storage space. The spacious bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and large mirror rounds out the overall experience. Bedding and towels are provided and included in the price. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. The spacious garden with a sun terrace is perfect for relaxing. A small outdoor pool and barbecue facilities are available. There is a playground with a sandbox and a petting zoo. In the surrounding area, you can go hiking, biking, or visit one of the many attractions. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:30 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed for a fee (EUR 8 per night per pet). A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of EUR 2.60 per person (ages 15 and up) per night will be charged separately on-site. A deposit of 30% of the total cost is charged at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 2 weeks before arrival. Breakfast is available upon request.
