Seascape Beachfront Condo w/Pool & Beach Views

This bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Sleeping areas include king in primary bedroom, queen in second bedroom, separate bunk area and sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room is equipped with its own TV, along with Wi-Fi and cable for your convenience. 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, with all essential utensils and appliances. Fresh linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & sand toys, hair dryer, Keurig & regular coffee provided for the guests. Laundry room with full-size coin-operated washer/dryers is located on the same floor.



Step outside and enjoy true resort-style living with a large heated year-round pool, two hot tubs, and a dedicated kids’ pool, BBQ pits and lounging chairs. The property has elevators, stairs, and direct beach access, making it effortless to move from poolside relaxation to sandy shores in moments.



No need to pack extra for the beach. There is a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.



THINGS TO KNOW



* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

* This unit is located on the second floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Oct 13 - Dec 12.

* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

The views are AMAZING!

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The absolute highlight was the amazing view of the beach and pool area right from the property. Highly recommend!

This was a great weekend getaway. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a storage closet nearby with every beach supply you could think of. Beach towels were already in the unit so one less thing to pack. The furniture seemed brand new and everything was clean and ready for us. Amazing ocean views! Looking forward to our next trip.

We would absolutely stay at this property again, just not this particular unit. Communication was great, check in was smooth, parking was good. View was gorgeous, access to the pool, hot tubs and beach were great. As for the unit itself, were greeted with two large dead bugs on the floor, one in the kitchen and one in living room. There was hair and dirt on the floor in various spots, broken tiles and just grimy overall. The furniture was beat up, broken and dangerous (rusty screws poking through barstool cushions). The king size bed was the hardest bed I have ever felt. There are no curtains on the windows to the hallways and the lights stay on all night making the rooms super bright. The plastic on the beds was loud anytime you moved and made you sweat like crazy. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but for the price I was dissapointed, and the pictures didnt match what we got. But the AC was good and the kitchen had everything you might need, extra bedding and pillows in the closets as well.

I am so sorry you had this experience. We ask all guests to reach out during their stay if they need assistance and would have been happy to help. This is a new condo for us and we did a walk-thru the day prior to your arrival and it was clean and there were no bugs. We have reached out to the maintenance to have them spray to ensure there will not be an issue in the future. We were unaware there was a screw coming through the cushions and have ordered a complete new set of barstools. Both the king and queen beds, mattresses and bedspreads were brand new and delivered to the unit the day before your arrival. We have semi-firm pillowtop mattresses in the unit. You were the first guest to sleep on the new beds but we will double-check the comfort level. Since the unit was just remodeled with new furniture including beds, mattresses, sleeper sofa and decor, the pictures at the time of your stay still reflected the older furniture. We have since had a professional photographer take new photos and they are on the current listing. Again, we wish you had reached out to us during your stay so we could have made things right.

We loved our Galveston stay! This condo was the perfect size for our family. Beds were super comfy. The kids loved the built-in bunk beds. We watched the waves and had coffee from the balcony in the morning. Best part was not having to walk across the street to get to the beach. The storage room with beach chairs and sand toys was great to use. We will definitely be back soon!
