With its spacious rooftop terrace, it occupies about half of the floor. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully stocked Rewe supermarket. Here you’ll find everything to satisfy your individual culinary preferences, from a sushi bar and fresh food counter to a selection of regional organic products and a cozy bakery café. On the two floors above, rental apartments with covered walkways are arranged around a shared courtyard. An elevator provides access to your penthouse apartment on the second floor directly from the underground parking garage. Your privacy on the terrace is ensured by generous landscaping and privacy screens.<br>Alsbach-Hähnlein is conveniently located about 15 kilometers south of Darmstadt. Via the A5 highway or by regional train, you can quickly reach Frankfurt am Main or Heidelberg, both just 45 km away. The large windows in the living and kitchen areas, as well as those on the terrace, offer stunning views of the lush slopes of the Bergstraße and Alsbach Castle. <br>The entryway of the luxury apartment features an antechamber with a coat closet and a separate guest restroom with storage space, a washer, and a dryer. From there, our guests enter the adjacent living area—the heart of the apartment, situated between the open, fully equipped kitchen with a small bar area and the spacious rooftop terrace. The living area features a large, stylish dining table for eight people and a cozy lounge area with a sofa bed and a 75" flat-screen smart TV. The light-filled bedroom, featuring elegant Doussie parquet flooring, air conditioning, a comfortable 180 cm box spring bed, and direct access to the sheltered wellness area of the terrace, is reached through a tasteful and spacious dressing and grooming area. From there, you also enter the elegantly marble-finished shower bathroom, featuring a spa shower and convenient bathroom accessories.<br>The private, south-facing terrace—partially shaded by awnings and completely secluded—is divided into various relaxation zones. These include a cozy lounge area, followed by a high-end outdoor kitchen featuring a Weber grill and an outdoor bar, as well as a comfortable dining area that seats up to 10 people. The secluded wellness area features a Jacuzzi, comfortable seating and lounge chairs, a sauna with a full-length glass front offering a fantastic view, and an outdoor shower for cooling off. <br>The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and, with the exception of the bedroom, features high-quality Italian marble flooring. That’s why our all-inclusive long-term rental package includes all services and a few extra perks. This means that all utility costs (based on occupancy by 2 people), electricity, and internet are included for the entire rental period. In addition, this special service concept offers our guests several other amenities: a change of bed linens and towels every 14 days, as well as cleaning every 14 days by appointment; high-quality coffee capsules; unlimited use of the Jacuzzi and sauna; and toiletries provided upon check-in. Final cleaning and parking in the underground garage are also included in the flat rate.
