Wetzstoa Chalet in Unterammergau

The newly built "Wetzstoa Chalet" in Unterammergau, completed in 2023, is the perfect address for anyone looking for absolute peace and quiet in an idyllic landscape without compromising on high living standards.
Covering an area of approximately 126 m2, this charming chalet offers spacious accommodation for up to 6 people on two floors: The heart of the house is the bright, cozy living/dining area with smart TV and the adjoining open kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Two cozy bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double bed and bunk beds) ensure a good night's sleep. The modern bathroom with bathtub and shower offers direct access to the outdoor wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi. On the open gallery on the first floor, you can enjoy the great view of the Ammergau Alps from the couch (which can also be used as a sofa bed) with a delicious drink from the house bar. Up here, our younger guests will also find plenty of space to play. On the terrace and in the garden, you can relax in the outdoor dining area with barbecue or on the deck chairs. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.
The chalet has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, ski boot warmer, and a storage room for skis and bicycles. We are also happy to provide a baby cot and high chair.
You can park your car in the chalet's carport or outside on the property. A charging station is available for electric cars (billed according to consumption).
Furthermore, you can enjoy the benefits of the Königscard during your stay.
The Wetzstoa Chalet is located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the small village of Unterammergau, where whetstone manufacturing played an important role in the past. The village shop, various restaurants, the ski lift, and the train station are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest supermarkets are about 2 km away (approximately 5 minutes by car). In addition, the neighbouring town of Oberammergau and the Ammergau Alps region offer countless opportunities for cultural and sporting leisure activities in every season.

Urlaub mit Hund

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit Hund. Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünscht. Sogar ein Hundekörbchen und Näpfe waren vorhanden. Tolle Sauna und Whirlpool. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Urlaub mit Hund

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Bei Regenwetter nutzt man einfach Sauna und Whirlpool. Genug Platz für vier Personen.

sehr gemütlich, wir waren nur zu zweit, aber geht zu dritt oder zu viert auch. sehr ruhig, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, Whirlpool und Sauna sehr schön, überdacht. Garten und Terrasse zum draußen sitzen, großer Gasgrill steht zur Verfügung. Wir waren im Februar da, war die Heizung zu kalt eingestellt. Man hat sich schnell darum gekümmert, die Heizung höher zu schalten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein Traum Urlaub im Winterwunderland

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zuhause gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum, dazu noch die wunderschöne Umgebung, mit Hund einfach super zum spazieren gehen. Wir haben gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon riesig.

Auszeit mit Hund

Das Ferienhaus ist spitze. Die Ausstattung und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat uns begeistert. Jedes Detail ist durchdacht. Man kann wunderbar spazieren oder wandern. Auch die Entfernung zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist optimal. Wie weden das Haus mit Sicherheit noch einmal buchen.

Schöne Auszeit mit Hunden

Wir haben die Zeit im Wetzstoa Chalet sehr genoßen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. So wurde das Haus für uns und unsere Hunde schnell zum zweiten Zuhause. Die Lage am Ortsrand war ideal für Hunderunden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Skinner war auch super. Zudem durften wir den superfreundlichen Vermieter kennenlernen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschöne Auszeit

Wir Drei haben eine ganz tolle und entspannte Zeit im Chalet in Unterammergau verbracht! Der Garten ist voll umzäunt, im Haus stehen Schalen für Fressen/Trinken und zur Begrüßung Hundekekse. Unser Hund hat sich schnell eingelebt, die Umgebung ist für Spaziergänge ideal. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Sauberkeit muss an dieser Stelle hervorgehoben werden. Frau Skinner ist äußerst freundlich und die gesamte Familie Gratz hat auch Zeit für eine kurze Plauderei. Aussicht direkt auf die Bergwelt/Ski-Piste. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir im nächsten Jahr wieder im Chalet urlauben wollen. :-) Top Location!

Short holidays in a beautiful village Unterammergau.

We were first guests in this holiday house :). The stay overall was excellent. There is every thing what could you need in a holiday house. Also the communication with Manuela from management team was quick and nice. The village is small and calm- it is those who are not searching for burning nightlife. But there is a bakery with all necessary food products (including beer, vine and sparkling vine inside) and few good restaurants nearby. You can reach nearest towns by car or even by public transport very easily. Up to the corner you can go for mountain hiking or for mountain skiing in winter time. Or you can only sit on the sofa in the roof floor and simply enjoy the view to mountains.
