Sandbox is a hidden gem with a rare, expansive private sandy beach tucked in the center of a small cove just off a main channel, where calm waters are ideal for floating and swimming. Guests have plenty of room to spread out, whether they want to swim, sunbathe, build sandcastles, play beach games, launch paddleboards and kayaks, or simply relax by the water. The property also includes two paddleboards, a paddle boat, and a kayak for exploring the lake. Beach chairs, an umbrella, blankets, toys, and games are provided for added convenience.

The waterfront features a brand-new dock with a floating dock for easy water access, a spacious fixed dock for shaded or sunny lakeside lounging, and a large upper deck with sweeping views of the lake and surrounding landscape. The floating dock provides ample space for docking boats. A custom spiral staircase connects the main platform to the upper deck, adding a distinctive architectural touch and leading to one of the property’s most stunning vantage points. A fourth bathroom with a shower is conveniently located next to the mudroom, just inside the back entrance from the lake. The mudroom also includes a washer and dryer.

Attached to the living room is an open and airy screened/glassed-in porch.
