The first floor features an entryway, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchen with a living and dining area offering a magnificent view of the terrace and garden. Upstairs, on a loft level, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a view of the garden, as well as an additional room with two beds (best suited for children).<br>Guests have access to two parking spaces directly in front of the house. They also have exclusive use of the entire house, including the adjoining terrace and garden. The terrace features seating and a grill.
