The Jule vacation home, lovingly furnished by the owner, is located in a quiet area with no through traffic, just 3 km from the sea, and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation.

With approximately 100 m² of living space spread over two floors, there’s plenty of room for families, couples, or small groups.

The house features four rooms, including two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and an additional living room/bedroom with a pull-out sofa. In total, there are up to six sleeping spots, each with exterior blinds.

The sun-drenched living and dining area, with access to the terrace, invites you to relax with a delicious cup of tea. The open, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, natural light, and heated towel racks offer a high level of comfort.

The spacious terrace with patio furniture and an awning provides the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors. Two free private parking spaces are available right next to the house.

You’re also welcome to bring your pets (up to two). Although the property isn’t fenced in, a small forest path and open fields invite you to take lovely walks within walking distance. There’s also a playground for your children in Hooker.

Norden and Norddeich offer numerous recreational activities such as water sports, cycling, horseback riding, mini-golf, wellness, and museums dedicated to tea, crime fiction, and automobiles, as well as events like the Dragon and Viking Festivals or open-air events.
