**Please note: We encourage three-day stays to truly immerse yourself in wine country. Check-ins can occur Monday - Thursday. We do not do weekend check-ins to honor the length of stay of our weekend guests.

The Space:

Whether you have planned Napa months in-advance or as a spontaneous escape, we understand travel plans can present their own (unexpected) challenges. Flight delays. Rental Car mishaps. Forgetting that curling iron you thought you packed. How you arrive sets the tone. You’re in Napa; you shouldn’t carry the weight of feeling rushed – to just get to the next tasting or dinner reservation. At Casa Solara, we believe rest and joy are valuable assets. That is why your first five minutes have already been handled before your arrival. Before you walk through this modernly designed 3 bed/2bath home, the exhaust of travel begins to melt away when you hear the hot tub bubbling. You open the doors and complimentary local wine is chilled in the fridge, with a hand-written note from your hosts inviting you to an unforgettable experience.

Casa Solara has been expertly curated in its interior to meet the growing needs of travelers to the Napa Valley, to include:

MASTER SUITE. Colored tasteful Mediterranean decor, this room has a King bed and its own private en-suite bathroom with artisan soaps, local lavender, and robes for premium relaxation.

GUEST SUITE 1. Carrying the same quality standard as the master bedroom, this room has a queen bed with full bathroom access, its own closet, and a space to relax & breathe.

GUEST SUITE 2. This bedroom evokes natural vibes all around, equipped with a pull out Murphy Queen bed and steps from the guest bedroom. This room has quietly become one of our favorites and ideal for groups with 5-6 guests.

In the land of acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants, there is a high standard when it comes to food and wine country cuisine. If you’re exploring bringing home food or desire to prepare a nice meal for a quiet evening in, Casa Solara fulfills both occasions, with hexclad cookware, dishwares, and an induction range stove for your culinary pleasure. A fully-stocked coffee bar is available for those slower mornings.

The Family Room has a comfortable seating area to enjoy the 50-inch Samsung Smart TV with full-streaming capabilities. An assortment of board games are available such as Scrabble, Monopoly, and more! In-unit washer/dryer is off the main room. Stay connected with work or leisure with consistently fast and reliable 5G Verizon Wi-Fi.

Finally, guests have often stated that the “backyard” was their favorite room they never wanted to leave. Fully-fenced. A private, organically mineralized hot tub. Loungers w/ wine glass holders. An outdoor dining area to gather around. You can find space for outdoor games and yoga - perfect for those early afternoons.

Casa Solara seems like a world away but only minutes for the vibrant energy of downtown Napa.

Guest access

The home is fully secured with touchpad smart locks. Your unique code is sent prior to check-in and is valid for the full duration of your stay. Parking is available on-site, a garage perfect for smaller to mid-size vehicles and an additional spot for a larger vehicle.

We’ve established these house and community guidelines to ensure every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and high-quality stay. By booking, you agree to follow these rules.

Safety & Guest Policy

✔ No pets allowed.
✔ No parties, events, or large gatherings.
✔ No smoking or vaping at any time anywhere on the property.
✔ Only registered guests are allowed. Please message us if your group size changes.
✔ Jacuzzi is for adult-use only; use at your own risk and please enjoy responsibly.
✔ We reserve the right to cancel your reservation or enforce fines for rule violations.

*Note: Reservations exceeding 4 guests are subject to an additional fee of $175 per guest with a maximum of 6. Please indicate total guest count at time of booking.*

Respect for Neighbors

✔ Quiet hours: 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM. No backyard use after 9:30 PM.
✔ Please respect our neighbors by honoring the quiet hours for the duration of your stay.

Property Care

✔ Do not move or rearrange furniture.
✔ Do not unplug smart devices or electronics.
✔ Please unplug unused appliances, hair tools, and laptop chargers when leaving.
✔ Ensure the stove, oven, and AC/heater are turned off.

Logistics & Convenience

✔ Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
✔ Park only in designated spaces provided during check-in.
✔ No mail or package deliveries to the property.
