The luxurious Folke apartment in Haus Böhl has approximately 55 m² of living space and accommodates 1–4 people.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a TV and a modern kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances.
From the living room, you can step out onto a cozy, sunny south-facing terrace with stylish patio furniture. Adjacent to the entryway with a coat closet is a bathroom with a shower.
A spiral staircase from the living room leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed.

The property features a high-quality outdoor sauna with a relaxation room, providing ample space for relaxation. The communal sauna is accessible from all 15 apartments in the building, as are the washing machines and dryer in the laundry room.
