Great home for large groups

The home is large and well laid out, our group of 8 adults and 4 kids enjoyed our time there. The beach is close and easy to access and the backyard pool was enjoyed by the kids. It's also fairly centrally located, making it easy to get places by car or bike. The elevator in the home also made it easy for Grandma to enjoy all the levels. The WiFi was spotty and and slow, so prepare for that. Otherwise, fabulous house and we would book it again.

Our family of 12 had a great stay! There was plenty of room to spread out so we weren’t on top of each other, and the fact that there was an elevator was definitely a “knee-saver” for 2 of us with those issues. We spent plenty of time at the beach, but the pool area was fabulous, especially for the littles! The kitchen was well-stocked and, being open to the dining and living area, was a great gathering spot. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful and spotless!

This home was perfect for our annual Thanksgiving reunion with three families. The layout is perfect for hanging out together in a big group, the backyard living space and pool were wonderful and we spent every evening out there, and the entire house was spotlessly clean! The beds are super comfortable too! The location is great - easy access to the beach and a short walk to Alys and Rosemary beaches. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Place + Location

We had a fantastic trip to Rosemary Beach. This house is outside of Rosemary which we found to be perfect. The private beach access was awesome and it was nice to not have to deal with the crowds at Rosemary. Very short drive to town when we wanted to check things out, but mostly we just stayed at the house since it was so great. The house was very clean and has everything we needed for our two families. The private pool was great after a day at the beach. Finally, the house is very close to Publix (the nicest one I've ever been to) which also was clutch. A+ all around and hope to return soon.

A wonderful stay

The house is exactly like in the pictures, even better, beautiful and big. The kitchen is a dream. The location is just great, my kids ride the bicycle to the beach but basically you can just walk 2 minutes to get there, the neighborhood is peaceful, I got only good things to say about my stay. Plus the manager so accesible.
