If you’d like to spend a relaxing vacation near the Reinhardswald Nature Park in the small village of Liebenau-Ersen, you’ll feel right at home in our “Elli” vacation rental.

The immediate surroundings of the vacation rental are captivating thanks to their unique proximity to nature. Warburg, with its beautiful old town and shops; Desenburg and Kugelsburg castles; the stunning and historic “Sleeping Beauty” castle “Sababurg”; the “Sababurg Primeval Forest”; and Europe’s oldest zoo are all nearby.
Trendelburg, home to the Rapunzel Castle, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Corvey Castle are just a few kilometers away.

Hiking and biking are possible in the exceptionally beautiful forest landscape.
The Diemel Bike Trail and the Schmetterlingssteig trail, along with the Weser Skywalk, are within easy reach.
In Bad Arolsen, you’ll find the beautiful castle, and Lake Twistesee invites you to swim and hike.

In Trendelburg, you can rent canoes for a lovely canoe trip on the Diemel.

the Hercules statue and its water features, as well as several museums in Wilhelmshöhe Castle.


The newly furnished vacation apartment, with approximately 65 square meters of living space, features modern amenities and includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m when extended), which comfortably accommodates up to two additional guests.
