The home was substantially updated in 2026 — all-new lighting throughout, refreshed fixtures and hardware, and new linens and towels in every bedroom. Three levels of living space give a big group real separation instead of everyone stacked in one hallway.

Den / office — Desk and a high-quality American Leather queen-size sleeper sofa. Good for an extra couple, a nanny, or teenagers who want their own corner.

Living
The main living area centers on a stone fireplace with a wall-mounted TV. Downstairs is a second living room built around a large wall-mounted screen — the room everyone migrates to after skiing, with the hall bath right there. There's also an arcade machine with thousands of games. The kitchen has enough counter space for several people to cook at once. Eero Pro 7 mesh WiFi covers all levels, so you can take a call from the den while the kitchen is loud. All TVs are smart-TV ready — sign in to your own streaming accounts.

The neighborhood

Hooked and Powder 8 are walkable; Beaver Creek Village adds skating, sledding, and the full restaurant lineup. Eagle County Airport (EGE) is about 35–40 minutes by car; Vail is a short drive up-valley.

Ski access across the path that runs to Elkhorn lift. Self check-in with keypad entry. Quiet residential complex — please keep noise down after 10pm. No smoking, no pets, no events. Maximum occupancy 14, enforced.
