The modern, 64 m² "Grachtenidyll EG" vacation apartment is situated in a unique location right on the Greetsiel canals and offers a comfortable, relaxing vacation atmosphere for up to 4 people.

The bright living/dining area features modern furnishings and invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a beautiful view of the canal. A flat-screen TV and a multimedia system provide entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher—offers everything hobby chefs need. The large dining table is perfect for cozy meals and conversation.

Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single beds—ensure restful nights and sweet dreams. All windows have exterior blinds.

The bathroom, which has a window, is comfortably equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is available in the separate utility room for both apartments.

Terrace & Rowing Boat
The furnished terrace offers a wonderful view of the canal—ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
The boat dock is located right next to it. A rowboat is included with the apartment and may be used free of charge by guests of both the ground-floor and upper-floor apartments, at their own risk. Guests are responsible for launching and retrieving the boat themselves. Fishing is permitted here with permission.

Wi-Fi is available. Bicycles brought along can be stored securely in the annex. The parking space is located directly in front of the house

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is simple: just include the cost with the tourist tax as part of your final payment.
