The cozy vacation apartment “Kleine Antje” is located on a quiet side street in Burhave, yet it’s still very central—shops, a bakery, and restaurants are just a few steps away.<br><br>The apartment is located on the first floor of the “Windrose” guesthouse and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The heart of the apartment is the spacious and comfortably furnished open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, featuring a modern leather couch and a welcoming dining table. This is the perfect place to spend cozy moments with your loved ones!<br><br>When the weather is nice, the south-facing loggia invites you to relax; it is, of course, fully furnished. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms.<br><br>The kitchen features all standard appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, and is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation the best time of the year.<br><br>For restful nights, two bedrooms are available in the converted attic, one of which is a walk-through room. The large bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the (walk-through) bedroom has two single beds. All sleeping areas can be completely darkened using roller shutters and blinds.<br><br>The vacation complex has reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi.<br><br>For a spa-like experience during your vacation, there is a swimming pool—which can be used free of charge when open and available—as well as a sauna (for a fee). Guests also have access to a lounge (fireplace room) and a room with a ping-pong table. <br><br>The park-like outdoor area features several seating areas and barbecue spots, as well as a children’s playground.<br><br>The apartment includes a private parking space directly next to the house (marked W4).<br><br>In addition to the room rate, the following costs apply (as of 2026): <br><br>- a one-time fee of 70,- € for final cleaning,<br>- 2.50 € per person per night for utilities,<br><br><br>Additionally, a guest tax (“Kurtaxe”) must be paid to the municipality of Butjadingen. <br><br>Please pay all additional fees before arrival, either by bank transfer or via PayPal.
