12 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a wagon/cart and an umbrella as well as beach towels.

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Ample off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles + plenty of free & metered street parking in the neighborhood.

This house is part of a multi-unit building, it is one flight of stairs up from the ground and has a separate unit above it.

Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire condo unit, which is located one flight of stairs above the ground level. During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy the private balcony which includes lounge and dining furniture. You will also have access to the shared community outdoor pool, which is typically open from late May through early September. For your convenience, the property includes an outdoor shower to rinse off after trips to the beach. Parking is simple with dedicated off-street space for up to three vehicles, and additional free or metered street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood.

You are positioned just a short walk from the famous Wildwood Boardwalk and the pristine sandy beaches, making it effortless to spend your days soaking up the sun or enjoying the classic seaside amusements. The neighborhood offers a fantastic variety of local dining, ranging from casual beachside cafes to family friendly restaurants. Grocery stores and charming local shops are also easily accessible, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you are looking for thrill rides at the nearby theme parks or a relaxing stroll along the shore, our location puts the very best of the Jersey Shore right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting to our Wildwood condo is simple whether you are driving or arriving by public transit. We provide dedicated off street parking for up to three vehicles, making it easy to keep your car secure throughout your stay. If you are traveling by air, the Atlantic City International Airport is the closest major hub, located approximately forty five minutes to an hour away by car. For those relying on public transportation, the Wildwood area is served by NJ Transit bus routes that connect to major regional hubs, allowing you to navigate the shore points conveniently once you arrive.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: This property is strictly “no pets,” Guests traveling with a trained service animal should contact us prior to booking so we can ensure the best suitable accommodation.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.



SECURITY DEVICES DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.
