This spacious and modernly equipped vacation home spans two floors and, with its 5 rooms, offers plenty of space for up to 8 people—perfect for families or groups looking to spend a relaxing vacation in a natural setting.

On the first floor, the bright living and dining area with a cozy fireplace forms the heart of the house. The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a French double bed. The first floor also features a modern shower room and a pantry.

The upper floor features 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, and another shower room.

A highlight is the outdoor sauna, which invites you to enjoy a private spa experience.

Two terraces offer either a place to relax or a spot for social gatherings. The private small garden completes your personal retreat.

The vacation home includes two parking spaces located directly next to the house.


Information on the visitor’s tax and possible additional costs:
The visitor’s tax is calculated at the time of booking and is included in the total cost. In the event of changes to local regulations, the visitor’s tax rate may change before your arrival. The visitor’s tax charged by the municipality is always payable.
Linens are not included in the rental price. Linen packages (made-up beds, hand towel, shower towel, bath mat—25.00 euros per person) can be booked separately.
If you use the sauna, the electricity (currently 0.50 euros per kWh) will be billed separately based on consumption.
We provide firewood for your fireplace upon arrival, and additional firewood can be purchased if needed.

We place great importance on creating a cozy atmosphere—even on vacation. With functional and stylish furnishings, we aim to make you feel “right at home.” The cottages accommodate 2 to 8 people and are ideal for couples, families, or friends.

Thanks to their central location, the vacation cottages are an ideal starting point for excursions into the Mecklenburg Lake District. Lake Müritz is just a 3-minute walk away, and the tourist center of Waren (Müritz) is only a 25-minute drive away. Perfect for nature lovers, active vacationers, and those seeking relaxation!
