Fire Pit

For guest convenience, the outdoor propane fire pit is available for use and ready for your enjoyment. The fire pit is equipped with a propane tank; however, if you find it running low or empty during your stay, you are welcome to get it refilled at any local supplier — simply share the receipt with us through the platform and we will reimburse you promptly. Alternatively, feel free to send us a message and we will arrange a refill for you.

A Few House Rules

To maintain the quality of the home:

No smoking or vaping indoors
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
Additional guests beyond 6: $25 per person, per night

Booking & Guest Standards

To ensure a premium experience for all:

Instant booking available for well-reviewed guests
New or unreviewed profiles may require approval
Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival

A $500 refundable security deposit may be required based on the guest count/profile and reservation.
-The deposit is refundable after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of the house rules.
-If applicable, the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 2, under 50 lbs):

No lifeguard on duty – use at your own risk
Do not close the pool cover
Do not adjust or operate the pool heating control panel

Only toilet paper may be flushed
Exterior security cameras are installed (outdoor areas only)
Report any cleaning concerns within 2 hours of arrival
