In our beautiful “Kaiserreich” vacation rental, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The apartment spans a generous 105 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It’s located in a quiet area, ensuring a restful getaway.
The large living room is equipped with a cozy tiled stove, a TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Here, you can make yourself comfortable and unwind after an eventful day.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs and features a cozy dining area. Here you can prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them in a pleasant atmosphere.
The vacation rental has 2 bedrooms where you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower, and there is an additional toilet.
A particular highlight is the large wraparound balcony, where you can soak up the sun.
The vacation rental also features a washer and dryer, so you can easily do your laundry even while on vacation. A single-car garage is available for your vehicle.
The vacation rental’s location is ideal for nature lovers, as the Eggstätter Seenplatte Nature Reserve and the Hartsee-Hofsee lakes are just a 5-minute walk away. Here, you can take beautiful walks or take a refreshing dip in the clear water.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

The visitor’s tax is not included in the price.
The visitor’s tax is €1 per night per adult (ages 16 and up) and €0.30 per night per child or teenager aged 6–15.
No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0–5.

Up to two dogs are welcome for a fee.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Eggstätt. Die Umgebung und der Aufenthalt in der geräumigen Fewo hat uns und unseren zwei Vierbeinern sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und mit allen Dingen, die man benötigt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und denken darüber nach nochmals einen Urlaub hier zu verbringen.

Herzlichen Dank an Frau Hohlfeld, wg. dem nicht funktionierenden TV (und das zu WM Beginn), sie hat uns sehr geholfen, zum Glück, da wir dann noch 4 Tage Regenwetter hatten. Die Info bzgl. vorhandener Garage fehlte vorab gänzlich. Aber war umso erfreulicher, als wir von einem Hausbewohner erfahren haben, das wir eine Garage haben (für Auto und die Räder, supergut). Vorhandener Föhn alt, aber zum Glück funktionstüchtig. WC Brille im Bad muss richtig gefestigt werden. Ansonsten alles wunderbar. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Leider ist die Wohnung im September wohl ausgebucht. Auf jeden Fall auf Wiedersehen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und auch die Hunde waren willkommen. Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung. Die Abwicklung verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Falls mal wieder ein Aufenthalt in dieser Region ansteht, können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder im Kaiserreich Quartier zu beziehen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung "Kaiserreich" sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung, d. h. die Möbel, Einrichtung und Wohnungsgestaltung ist sehr stilvolll, modern, neuwertig - und entspricht genau unserem persönlichen Geschmack. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig, umgeben von viel Natur. Die Ferienwohnung war beim Einzug sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Toll ist auch, dass unser Hund Bowie dort willkommen war. Unsere Korrespondenzen mit der Vermietungsagentur Chiemgau-comfort war sehr angenehm. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt: ein superschönen und entspannter Aufenthaltsort. Leider nur zu kurz. Sehr gerne wären wir noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben. Diese Ferienwohnung werden wir in guter Erinnerung behalten - und kommen ganz bestimmt in der Zukunft wieder. Herzliche Grüße, Familie Karin, Horst und Jasmin Wagenblaß mit Hund Bowie

wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Es ist eine sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung die viel Platz bietet. Die Lage ist top und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir werden uns diese Wohnung bestimmt noch einmal buchen. Vielen Dank.
