This small vacation home was renovated inside and out in 2014. The living area spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom, bathroom, utility room, kitchen with an adjoining dining area, and the terrace. The entire upper living area comprises the living room with a reading nook. A bike shed is available for your bicycles. The vacation home offers 85 square meters of space for 1–2 people. Bedroom: double bed (180 x 200), closet, dresser, blackout pleated blinds. Bathroom: heated floors, shower, toilet, 2 sinks, hair dryer. Kitchen: Underfloor heating, built-in kitchen, integrated dining area, small cozy sitting area, and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, mini-freezer, and refrigerator—and, of course, everything you need for daily life. The spacious living room, with a view toward Holm, features a sofa and armchair, TV, DVD player, a reading nook, and plenty of space to relax. The washing machine is located in the utility room. Additionally, the hallway has underfloor heating, the floors are made of planks with an anti-allergy certification, Wi-Fi is available, and there is a parking space directly next to the house.
