This modern vacation home with a view of the Schleif River is situated in a quiet location in the Kopperby district. The center of Kappeln, with its pedestrian zone in the historic town center, is 2 km away, and the nearest shopping area is just 1 km away. Baltic Sea beaches, which are free of tourist taxes, are a ten-minute drive away. The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area with a modern built-in kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and more. The five beds are located in separate bedrooms. There is a shower room/restroom on the first floor and an additional restroom on the upper floor. Additional amenities—including a washing machine, satellite TV, a crib, and a high chair—as well as access to the garden and terrace with a grill, a swing, and the property’s bicycles ensure a relaxing vacation. A rowboat and fishing boat can be used by arrangement for a fee. The sauna is available by arrangement and for an additional charge at our house at Espenisstraße 4.

This comfortable Nurdach vacation home, furnished with attention to detail, is located in a quiet yet central spot in the Kopperby district of Kappeln and offers 80 m² of living space. The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area with an adjacent built-in kitchen, a small bedroom with a bed, a shower/bathroom, and a toilet. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available.

The property’s own bicycles, rowboats, and fishing boats are available upon request for a fee; the sauna in the main building at Espenisstraße 4 is available by arrangement and for an additional charge.
