You’ll find numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The vacation rental is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes or mountain bike/motorcycle tours. In addition, the surrounding area—including the Bavarian Forest National Park and the Ilz Valley, as well as the proximity to the “city of three rivers,” Passau, and Deggendorf—is perfect for day trips. For example, you can visit the Bavarian Forest Tree Top Trail or Bayern Park once per stay at no cost. The vacation rental, freshly renovated in 2023, is a welcoming place to stay. The living area features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area for 4 people, and a cozy couch that folds out into a large double bed (160 x 195). The smart TV with satellite connection in the living room allows you to log in to streaming services. The separate bedroom features a king-size bed. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Payment terms: 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the property. The tourist tax of 2.50 EUR per person (ages 14 and up) per night, or 1.25 EUR per child (ages 6 to 14) per night, will be charged separately on-site. Check-in: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You will receive further information regarding check-in via email after booking. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax: The tourist tax of 1.65 EUR per person (ages 14 and up) per night, or 0.80 EUR per child (ages 6 to 14) per night, will be charged separately on site. Towels: The initial supply of hand and bath towels is free of charge. For bookings of 8 nights or more, a one-time towel exchange is free of charge. If additional exchanges are requested, there is a charge of 3 EUR per hand or bath towel. Parking: A free parking space is available directly in front of the house. Pets: Since we are an allergy-friendly vacation rental, pets are unfortunately not allowed. Smoking: Our vacation rental is a smoke-free property.
