The holiday home "Klippan" is located peacefully and without direct neighbors at a peninsula at the Baltic Sea coast of Sweden.
It consists of three rooms, kitchen, shower room with toilet as well as a guest hut and offers enough room for up to 6 persons as an accomodation at the water.
The large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture offers a fantastic view of the sea and makes every breakfast during the holidays a really special experience. From the holiday home it is only about 50 meters to the water, where a boat (rentable) is waiting for you.
Around the domicile alternate fields, pasture and mixed woodland. With its vicinity to the locality of Ljuskön you will find a lot of beautifully laid out golf courses, places to swim and cycle pathes. The town of Söderköping at theGöta kanal is only about 15 kilometers away from the house, 23 kilometers is the distance to Norrköping, and the zoo "Kolmårdens Djurpark", which is about 30 kilometers away, should not even be missed in your holiday planning.
