The upper floor features a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a full-length mattress, as well as two separate children’s rooms, each with two beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. One children’s room opens onto the backyard, while the second is a walk-through room with a separate new skylight, including a blackout blind. The staircase can be fitted with a child safety gate if needed.

Fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso and drip coffee makers, dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.

Bathroom with shower and toilet

A total of 400 m² of fenced-in property with extensive amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation: The garden shed is equipped with a charcoal grill, a handcart, garden toys, and beach toys. For relaxing in the garden, there’s a patio umbrella and a lounge chair. A 6-seat dining table on the terrace is perfect for dining and sitting outdoors. For convenience, there are 2 paved parking spaces right next to the house.

If you don’t want to miss out on that beach chair vibe even while at home—we now have a cozy spot right in the front yard where you can enjoy coffee in a beach chair!

We now also have a wallbox right next to the house for convenient charging of hybrid and electric vehicles.
