The accommodation:
We have several apartments of this size, each with two bedrooms (separate, one with a loft), an open kitchen (or kitchenette in some cases) equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster, and measuring approximately 65 m².
Due to the preservation of the historic building structure, some apartments have smaller bathrooms, as well as bedrooms with sloped ceilings or smaller double beds (e.g., 1.80 x 2.00 m).
The furnished terrace is right on the lake, with a shower and toilet.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments.
All our apartments have different layouts and amenities, as they are located in a historic building.
The complex is located on the outskirts of Leutershausen, right on the lake.
The complex features a natural water pool with lounge chairs, a playground for children up to 6 years old, and a trampoline.
Right in the Thomasmühle, you can treat yourself to a massage at our "Vitalis" wellness center. Please be sure to inquire about this directly when booking.
Fishing right on your doorstep is ideal.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the natural swimming pond with lounge chairs, the playground, and the trampoline.
One parking space per apartment is included.
We also have a coin-operated washer/dryer on the premises as well as electric charging stations.
We are happy to offer our guests a wide selection of brochures and information about the region.
Additional Important Information
We offer our guests a laundry package for 20€ per person; this is included in the price, along with cleaning. It includes a hand towel, a bath towel, and bed linens (made up).
