Where generations of local children once learned their ABCs, you will now find a luxurious retreat featuring a 52m² XXL pool, blending the building's historic soul with modern high-end comfort. Nestled in the idyllic landscape of the Vižinada wine region, this estate offers absolute privacy for large groups, families, or retreats.

Villa Stara Škola is designed to provide large groups with a shared home without compromising on privacy. While 14 guests enjoy a luxurious standard, the clever room concept offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 20 guests:

5 Luxury Suites: Each air-conditioned suite on the ground and first floor features an en-suite bathroom and Smart TV.

Charming Mezzanines: Two of the suites feature open galleries with additional double beds – a true highlight for children and teenagers.

Entertainment Lounge (Basement): A versatile area with two further double beds and two sofas that can be used as single beds. Ideal as a dedicated space for the younger generation.

XXL Pool: The 52m² saltwater pool (heatable on request) is the heart of the garden and significantly larger than average.

Panoramic Terrace: 150m² of natural stone offers a shaded lounge for relaxing and ample space for sunbathing.

Summer Kitchen: The fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a built-in stone BBQ is the perfect place for long evenings enjoying Istrian delicacies and local wines.

Important Note on Layout:
The basement is designed as an open-plan entertainment and sleeping lounge. It has its own shower in the wellness area. For toilet facilities, guests can use the bathrooms in the comfortable suites on the upper floors.
