The "Elip" vacation rental, measuring 61 m² and accommodating 4 people (maximum 5), offers a modern and spacious living environment with 2 bedrooms and 1 additional sleeping space on a pull-out couch, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. In the living and dining room, you can enjoy entertainment on a 50-inch satellite and internet-enabled TV, as well as Wi-Fi. The apartment features a seating area with a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking appliances, including a dishwasher, an oven, and a toaster. A refrigerator, a stovetop, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle are also provided. The Elip vacation rental offers garden views and a direct view of the Main-Danube Canal from our cozy, covered south-facing balcony. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking in front of our house are also available. Randeck Castle in Essing is also worth a hike on foot. Near the vacation rental, you can enjoy great cycling or simply take in nature on a relaxing walk. Regensburg Cathedral is 35 km from the property. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee of 10 euros per day). A crib is available upon request on-site. A visitor’s tax of 1.00 euro per person per day will be charged separately on-site. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer and in cash upon arrival. A prepayment of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.
