As you step into the house, a welcoming hall leads to a spacious living and dining room, exuding an inviting atmosphere. Here, the decor draws inspiration from the rich history, culture, and traditions of the region. The furniture seamlessly blends contemporary and traditional styles, creating a relaxed ambiance. Continuing from the living room, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen, a small outdoor space, and a bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find two well-designed bedrooms with access to a second bathroom. The main bedroom has a beautiful terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining. The house is well-equipped for cooking and dining, and our goal is to ensure our guests have a comfortable and memorable experience.

This charming old house has been recently renovated to incorporate quality modern amenities while preserving original features like terracotta and wooden floors.

Additional amenities include high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, a smart TV with satellite and streaming services, air conditioning, fans as well as a washing machine.

The Cathedral is a 2-minute walk away, and the castle a 7-minute walk. The museum, Silves Market, and the Riverfront are a 7-minute walk, and multiple restaurants are a 3 - 7 minutes walk.

Silves is a charming historic city in the Algarve, known for its unique beauty. Once a thriving center during the Moorish kingdom and the capital of the Algarve, Silves is nestled on the hills surrounding the castle and cathedral, preserving a rich heritage of historical landmarks that captivate tourists. There is a charming cobbled old town with a wide range of restaurants & cafes and boutique shopping. The town is also well serviced with three supermarkets, a big sports centre, museums and library.

This city lies at the heart of the region and boasts excellent connectivity to neighboring cities. With a nearby highway, you can reach Portimão in just 15 minutes, Albufeira and Lagos in 30 minutes, and you're also 15-20 minutes drive to the finest Algarve beaches.

Silves is a small compact town that is very walkable. You can get to all the attractions within 15min walk from Casa Turquesa. To access beaches, hiking or other towns a car is easiest, but Uber and Bolt are also good options and reasonably priced. Cars can access to the front of the house.

There is a train station and a regular bus service from Lisbon.
