Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the upper floor and features a balcony with a view of our stunning mountain scenery. The vacation rental is fully equipped: a kitchen-dining area with a dishwasher. Oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine (capsules available on-site), electric kettle, and a cozy dining area. Living-bedroom with local light wood paneling and cable TV. The pull-out sofa can be converted into a full-size double bed. A cozy bedroom with a double bed and a sofa. A bathroom with a shower and sink. Separate restroom with a sink and an entryway.

Our apartments and the wellness area are comfortable and furnished with attention to detail.
In both summer and winter, you can enjoy many activities right from the house. In summer, the sunbathing lawn invites you to spend a relaxing day with a barbecue in the evening. The playground, featuring a spacious play area, a trampoline, a playhouse, and more, offers plenty of room for fun and games. Free ski storage is available at the valley station of the Hochzeiger Bergbahn. After a day on the slopes, you can truly unwind in our wellness area with a sauna session. Buses throughout the Pitztal Valley are free for you in both summer and winter.
