Ferienhaus Traumperle

Our unique two-family vacation home is located right next to a small forest. On the outskirts of Rerik, this charming thatched-roof house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house was completed in July 2017 and recently renovated in January 2026. With approximately 160 square meters of space, it accommodates 10 people plus one toddler.
The entrance is on the east side, and you can park right next to the house. Two parking spaces (one behind the other) are available for your use. Additional public parking spaces are available free of charge at the Ostee Ferienpark. The house has 5 bedrooms; 4 of them feature a double bed (180x200 cm), nightstands, a wardrobe, and a satellite TV system. One bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), as well as a desk and a satellite TV system. All beds are equipped with adjustable slatted frames at the head and foot of the bed.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
All floors are tiled or covered with vinyl. Underfloor heating keeps your feet warm.
A cozy leather seating area awaits you, where you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace.
The spacious dining area is perfect for social evenings. A high chair and a crib are available for our younger guests.
The safety of our youngest guests is important to us, which is why the staircase from the first floor to the first floor and the landing have been equipped with child-safety gates.
The fully equipped built-in kitchen has everything you could want—you’ll look forward to cooking together here. Induction stove, range hood, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Senso Pad coffee machine, and various other small appliances—everything is provided.
Sauna room on the first floor, featuring a walk-in, floor-level shower, toilet, and sink.
The house has 3 bathrooms; on the first floor, there is a sauna room with a walk-in, floor-level shower. The exclusive bathroom on the first 1.EG with a bathtub and floor-level shower invites you to relax. The highlight of the house is the bedroom in the attic for your children: a double bed with exposed beams (180x200 cm) for little adventurers, bedside tables, and a small wardrobe. Access to the “adventurers’ den.” To ensure your children have their own floor, the attic features a small children’s bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
 
The entire property of this two-family home covers approximately 1,200 square meters. The separate gardens are fenced off at a height of approximately 100 cm. The terrace faces south.
You can store everything you need for the beach, as well as your bicycles, in your private bike shed. The living/dining room opens onto the large terrace. The garden table, which seats 10 people, is perfect for a convivial barbecue evening (an electric grill is available in the bike shed).
This non-smoking house is wonderful with its harmonious and stylish furnishings and leaves nothing to be desired. The Teufelschlucht beach access is about 1,000 m away.
