Just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the new Seeschloss mit Tradition was built in 1997 based on historical models—a stylish property with a unique atmosphere for guests with high standards.

Its peaceful location at the start of the beach promenade, nestled between the forest, the beach, and the sea, is truly unparalleled. 

You’ll find stylishly furnished 1- to 3-room vacation apartments, with balconies offering either a direct view of the sea or a south-facing balcony overlooking the Granitz Forest, parking space at the building, a washer and dryer available for a fee, and a beach chair (at the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. The Seeschloss features an elevator, allowing you to reach the apartments in complete comfort.



Seeschloss 19:

The apartment is located directly on the beach along the beach promenade in Binz. Apartment 19 is located
on the first floor and features a south-facing balcony.
This 2-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.




The approximately 46 m² two-room apartment is located on the first floor.
The apartment features a spacious south-facing balcony (accessible from both the living room and the bedroom) with a view of the Granitz forest, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, 1 separate bedroom with a double box-spring bed; the living room offers additional sleeping space via a fold-out bed and a pull-out sofa bed; the flooring is tiled. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a built-in stove featuring a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, etc. The renovated bathroom has a shower, and a hair dryer is also provided. During the summer season, a beach chair is available for your use, and we offer a free parking space on the parking deck directly behind the house. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
