Welcome to Belkmerduinen 1, called holiday home "Lina" by the owners. Quietly located on Park Belkmerduinen in Sint Maartenszee. Walking and cycling distance from the sea and beach.

Furnishing
The holiday home has two bedrooms. One on the ground floor - with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second on the upper floor with two single beds that can be pushed together if necessary. On the landing (passage room) you can also spend the night - there is also a single bed there.

A kitchen with gas cooker, (mini) oven and, for coffee lovers, a filter machine or Nespresso machine, a spacious shower room and a cosy living/dining room are on the ground floor.

Garden
The highlight is the large garden with covered terrace. A smaller second terrace is around the corner - so every ray of sunshine can be taken advantage of!
