Located on the first floor of a building newly constructed in 2023, it is easily accessible by elevator.
The apartment features an inviting living room with an open-plan design that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy cozy evenings on the comfortable sofa or a meal at the dining table, which offers ample space for socializing. A digital TV connection provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.

A washing machine is available for shared use in the neighboring house, ensuring you always have fresh laundry, even during longer stays. For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail and is therefore not available for use by construction workers. We reserve the right to refuse such bookings.
