WINTER: FREE SKI BUS; WHICH TAKES YOU DIRECTLY TO THE FAMOUS NASSFELD SKI AREA, WHERE SNOW IS USUALLY GUARANTEED. With 3 access stations, 110 kilometres of pistes, 30 cable cars, 25 ski huts. Tobogganing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking. Access by car to all stations possible. To the valley station 13 km. Smaller family ski areas: Weissbriach, Kötschach-Mauten and Weißensee.
SUMMER: Lake Pressegger See with 2 lidos. It is one of the warmest lakes in Austria with drinking water quality and a good restaurant. Summer toboggan run, animal park, climbing park nearby. Good train and bus connections. Several restaurants 500 metres away. Direct train connection to Villach. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors in Hermagor (5 km away). There are 30 lakes within a 20-minute drive. Many family-friendly leisure activities.
