Welcome to our lovingly furnished, approximately 100 m² vacation apartment on the first floor—the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with plenty of space, comfort, and an excellent location in the beautiful Saarland region, right on the French border.

The apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms and is ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom features a high-quality, 120 cm-wide RUF comfort bed with an electric motor for maximum sleeping comfort. In addition, there is a TV in both the bedroom and the living room.

The heart of the apartment is the modern, compact kitchen, which has everything you could want. It features a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and a cozy seating area for two people. From here, you have direct access to the spacious terrace with garden furniture—the ideal spot for a leisurely breakfast, a cup of coffee in the morning sun, or a relaxing evening with a view of the greenery.

The separate dining room seats up to four people and is perfect for shared meals. The cozy living room with a comfortable couch ensures relaxing hours after an eventful day.

Behind the house is a beautiful garden that highlights the rural charm of the surroundings. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Thanks to the spacious driveway and numerous parking spots, getting here is especially convenient.

The entrance to the vacation rental is located at the back of the house. From the parking lot, you can easily reach the separate entrance by walking about halfway around the house. This allows you to enjoy quiet and private access to your accommodations.

The location is also a major plus: In just a few minutes by car (2–5 min), you can reach all major discount stores, drugstores, and shopping options. In nearby Überherrn, you’ll also find pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, and many other stores for your daily needs.
