A high-quality kitchenette invites you to cook together, while the electric fireplace casts a soft glow and creates cozy evenings. A large 75-inch TV ensures relaxing movie nights.

From here, you can step out onto the sunny balcony—a favorite spot at any time of day. Enjoy the sweeping view across the bay to the island of Vilm, listen to the sound of the water, and let yourself be enchanted by the colors of the sky. A Weber gas grill is available for social evenings.

On this level, you’ll also find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and private balcony access. The modern, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub offers additional comfort. Another bedroom with a double bed is located in the converted attic—cozy, quiet, and ideal for longer stays.
