A sauna, a fireplace, and a 2,600 m² lot—nestled among a cluster of thatched-roof villas. Completed in January 2015, the Babette Beach Villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 260 m² of living space, divided into two exclusive halves. Identical in their solid construction, each half offers exclusive vacation accommodations for up to approximately 6 people and is suitable for families as well as—ideally—for friends or acquaintances.

NOTE: PETS!!!


Pets are allowed for a fee (€10 per night & €20 per booking for pet cleaning), but with the following restrictions: 

- Max. 1 pet per vacation rental
- House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)
- Child-friendly
- Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire property
- Dogs are not permitted to relieve themselves on the property
- Dog owners are required to immediately and independently clean up after their dogs

A bright, spacious living area with high-quality furniture and a fireplace, adjacent to a fully equipped high-gloss designer kitchen featuring a DeLonghi fully automatic coffee machine and a cooking island, 3 elegant bedrooms with extremely comfortable box-spring beds (one bedroom features an additional TV), 1 guest bathroom with a shower, and 1 en suite bathroom with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna.

The living areas are ventilated via a PLUGGIT system, which combines fresh air and gentle warmth to create a harmonious, comfortable atmosphere.
