This modern vacation rental is located on the first floor of a two-family house and offers just under 100 square meters of living space.
The apartment on the first floor is also rented out as a vacation rental.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which are each furnished with a double bed, and one bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed.

It also features two separate bathrooms: The large bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, a semicircular shower, a spacious sink, and a separate toilet. The slightly smaller second bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The apartment is therefore suitable for up to 5 people. A 6th person can be accommodated with an extra bed.
(Please bring your own bed linens and towels. You can optionally book these for an additional fee).

One dog is allowed upon request (for an additional fee).

The hallway flows almost seamlessly into the exceptionally spacious living-dining area.
This makes the living and dining room the central gathering place in the vacation rental, offering all the comforts you’d expect.
A cozy sofa area guarantees relaxing moments in front of the wood-burning stove and/or while watching (hopefully) interesting TV programs.

The dining area, featuring a spacious dining table and equally comfortable chairs, is located right next to the fully equipped built-in kitchen.
A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic-top stove with an oven, and a full set of dishes and cutlery truly leave nothing to be desired.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, etc., round out the amenities!

And the beautiful, spacious sunroom also invites you to relax and unwind.
It’s located right next to the living area and faces the private garden, completely secluded from view.

This vacation rental can truly be described as offering absolutely top-of-the-line amenities.
A travel crib and a high chair can be provided for small children.

A pet may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved. Pets are not allowed in the beds.
