This complex offers an ideal base for activities and exploring the stunning surroundings. A bakery within walking distance and an adjacent forest invite you to take relaxing walks. For families with children, the complex offers a communal play area, while the surrounding area features additional playgrounds and the Löwenhöhle adventure playground.

The 75-square-meter townhouse (certified 4****) spans three floors and offers modern comfort. The open-concept first floor features the living, dining, and kitchen areas, complete with a new, high-quality kitchen. The bright living area opens directly onto the garden with a south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. A wide spiral staircase connects the floors.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The basement features another bedroom with a generous double bed (180 × 200 cm) and an en suite bathroom. In addition, the basement area features an utility room with a washing machine and an extra refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A parking space is available right outside the door to ensure a convenient arrival and departure.

The vacation home at Green Eilun 13 is perfect for a relaxing vacation on Föhr. From May through September, you’ll have your own complimentary beach chair (including a beach towel) at the popular Südstrand, making your stay a particularly pleasant experience.
