As soon as you walk in, you’ll feel the open, inviting atmosphere of the living and dining area, which flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen. This is where life happens: Make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa, enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Magenta TV, or spend fun, unforgettable game nights with your loved ones. The fireplace creates a wonderfully warm, cozy ambiance—perfect for relaxing, especially on cooler days.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you can let your creativity run wild. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast, fresh fish after a day at the beach, or a cozy dinner—here, you can prepare everything just the way you like it.

The two bedrooms are lovingly designed and offer you the perfect retreat for restful nights. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), while the second room is equipped with two flexible single beds (90x200 cm each) that you can push together if needed. Thanks to blackout curtains and insect screens, you can sleep undisturbed and recharge your batteries. Both bedrooms also feature their own smart TVs with Magenta TV—ideal for relaxing moments all to yourself.

A pull-out sofa bed in the living area is available for a fifth person, ensuring there’s plenty of space even for larger families or groups of friends.

The modern bathroom invites you to unwind: a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer ensure your comfort—but the absolute highlight awaits you here: your private infrared sauna! After a long walk on the beach, treat yourself to a soothing break, let the warmth wash over you, and feel pure relaxation spread throughout your entire body.

We’ve even thought of our youngest guests: A crib and a high chair are provided so the whole family can feel completely at home. In the heart of the resort, there’s also a new, modern playground—a real bonus, especially for families.

From the living and dining area, you have direct access to your furnished balcony—a wonderful place to start or end the day. Enjoy your morning coffee under the large umbrella, breathe in the fresh North Sea air, or spend balmy evenings barbecuing with the electric grill.

A lockable bike shed is available for your bicycles—perfect for exploring the area flexibly and actively. And we’ve thought of your car, too: You’ll find a free parking spot right next to the apartment.
