We unfortunately can’t allow pets as family members have allergies. We are certainly animal lovers but can’t allow due to the severity of the allergies.

We hope anyone that wants to stay at our home that they would be respectful of the property as they would their own home.

We would also hope that people would be respectful of our neighbours, be aware of the noise level at all times and especially later into the evening.

We also don’t want large parties held at the party, if this happens we will ask everyone to leave including the people who have rented our home.

If more people are staying at the property than has been indicated we reserve the right to ask guests to leave. The number of guests needs to be indicated in the initial rental request.

Any damage that has been done to the property will be the responsibility of the renter(s) to cover.
