The villa is located on a 1,107 m2 plot with lots of greenery and surrounded by a vineyard and a small forest. The town of Motovun is one of the most attractive medieval towns in Istria. The untouched landscapes of Motovun offer numerous opportunities for an active holiday as well as enjoying the fruits of nature. This modern, single-storey house, built to the highest standards, can accommodate an optimal 4 and a maximum of 6 guests. The fully air-conditioned villa has two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the other bedroom there are two single beds that can be connected if necessary. There are extra beds for two additional people, which can be placed in the bedrooms or in the living room, depending on the guests' wishes. The interior and exterior of the villa are directly connected with a beautiful glass wall. You have direct access to the garden from all rooms in the house. In the beautiful green garden there is a 36 m2 swimming pool, which is heated free of charge from May to October. Outside this time, the pool can be heated upon request and for a fee. There is also an outdoor grill and a dining table. By the pool you have four sun loungers at your disposal to relax. There is also a children's corner with a flat trampoline, a children's playhouse/restaurant and a sandpit. Of the additional content and entertainment there are also three TVs, Netflix and bikes.
