The dreamy newly built Villa Elena Deluxe ****Superior is a modern villa right on the sea with whirlpool and private pool.

Villa Elena will spoil you with its breathtaking view of the island of Brijuni, a touch of luxury, well-being and freedom. Lots of space to relax with your family and friends and to spend nice days. We are just a few minutes walk from the beach. The garden with luxury whirlpool and private pool gives a feeling of vacation and relaxation.

In the garden there is also a summer kitchen with a grill and a herb bed with fresh seasonal herbs. Enjoy nice barbecue evenings with family and friends. There is a grill in the summer kitchen.

The villa is distributed over 3 floors. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets.

On the ground floor there is an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a children's playroom with various games and a Playstation 4 on the ground floor. Also you can play darts & table football in the living room. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Outside there is a kids playground next to the pool.

On the 1st floor there are 3 large beautiful bedrooms, two bedrooms with a French balcony and 1 bedroom with a terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

The second floor is unique and lets you really unwind and gives you breathtaking freedom. The whole floor is free and open plan with a free standing bath and the wonderful sea views. There is a separate toilet here. A minibar and coffee maker are at your disposal. Let yourself be pampered!

The pool can be heated on request for a fee of EUR 20 per day.

The dreamlike villa is located in Fazana, a former small Istrian fishing village in the southwestern part of Istria. Nowadays many tourists visit Fazana. Fazana offers magnificent Adriatic beaches, charming nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during the summer months: Skola soljenje sardele (The school of sardine salting), Mehr na stolu (The sea on the table), Ca ribari znaju (What the fishermen can do) , Festa od sardela (the sardine festival)... It is also a perfect starting point for numerous excursions. From Fazana you have the opportunity to take a boat and visit the Brioni Islands, the fabulous national park. On the Brioni Islands you can enjoy the beautiful nature, but also play golf. Fažana is only 10 km away from Pula, a city rich in cultural heritage known for its Roman amphitheater.
