A centrally located yet quiet, high-end vacation apartment in the heart of Winterberg. This modern and newly renovated 65-square-meter apartment, which sleeps 2 to 4 people, is located on the first floor of a two-unit building. The market square, various shopping options, and a variety of restaurants are all within walking distance—about 2–4 minutes away. Large windows—including floor-to-ceiling ones in the living room with a French balcony—ensure the rooms are flooded with light. The rooms are furnished in a modern and cozy style. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds and convenient room thermostats for individual temperature control. The kitchen offers all the amenities you need, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, large fridge-freezer combo, toaster, web radio with Bluetooth connectivity and the ability to stream music via Spotify, and much more. You’ll find a coat rack, full-length mirror, and shoe racks in the hallway, and a clothes drying rack, iron, and first-aid kit in the storage room next to the kitchen. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and space for an additional crib (provided free of charge upon request, including a changing table). In the smaller bedroom, two single beds and a spacious wardrobe ensure your comfort. Those of you with allergies will appreciate the special bedding and mattress covers, as well as the allergy-friendly flooring. In the living room, a cozy couch offers a place to relax, read, play games, or simply enjoy a good glass of wine (we’ve provided games and books for you). Both the living room and the large bedroom feature a large LED smart TV (43-inch screen in the bedroom and 50-inch screen in the living room) with internet connectivity. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. In the bathroom, you’ll enjoy the large, walk-in shower area with a rain showerhead, as well as the spacious vanity unit with plenty of storage space, underfloor heating, and an additional towel warmer. The washing machine is also located here. You’re welcome to add a linens package (bedding, hand towel, bath towel, and washcloth) for an additional 10.00 EUR per person. This ensures your bed is ready for you as soon as you arrive. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. A linens package (bedding, hand towel, bath towel, and washcloth) can be added for an additional 15 EUR per person. The visitor’s tax of 3.50 EUR per person (ages 15 and up) per night is payable in cash on site. The base rate includes final cleaning, parking, and Wi-Fi.
