From the fully furnished south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains—the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or dinner, or to wind down at the end of the day. Free parking is available in front of the house. <br><br>Hiking and biking trails, as well as cross-country ski trails, start right at your doorstep. A supermarket is just 100 meters away. The bus stop with connections to the Winklmoosalm ski and hiking area is also just a few steps away. The ski and hiking buses can be used free of charge with the guest card. The idyllic town center, with its many restaurants and charming shops, is about a 15-minute walk away. The parking lot is located right in front of the house. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderate and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilizing natural heat and providing ample bus service.
