This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.<br>The large, new 3-bedroom mobile home is located in the Rossini vacation village and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing vacation with your family. The resort is located in Sottomarina and borders directly on the famous historic town of Chioggia (also known as “Little Venice”). The resort features bungalows, mobile homes, and campsites. In addition to a large pool, there is also a children’s wading pool. Playgrounds, entertainment, and a mini-club are also part of the offerings. The resort borders directly on a gently sloping sandy beach, making swimming in the pool and the sea a varied and enjoyable experience. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the resort. The resort also features, among other things, a supermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables, a restaurant-pizzeria, a snack bar, a kiosk, and a bazaar—all the amenities you need for a perfect family vacation.<br>This spacious and modern mobile home accommodates up to 6 people and features three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two children’s bedrooms, each with two single beds. The living area is open-concept and equipped with a satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes pots and pans, dishes, silverware, a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The mobile home has two bathrooms: one is equipped with a toilet, sink, and bidet, while the second features a toilet, shower, and sink. The large sliding glass doors (180 cm wide) in the living area create a seamless transition to the covered patio, which is furnished with a table and chairs and is perfect for relaxing. There is a playground where children can run around and play. The drive from the Italian border takes about 3 hours. If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible, as we have several units of the same style available.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum stay required for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may of course check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The vacation village is located directly next to the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach and is also very well suited for families with small children. Recreational activities such as water aerobics, stretching exercises, and many other activities are offered. The beautiful and spacious playground is right next to the beach.<br>POOL<br>In addition to a large pool, there is also a children’s wading pool with a small slide.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>The vacation village is designed for families with children. A daily entertainment program for both younger (mini-club) and older children is available to guests. While games and sports activities (e.g., mini-volleyball, soccer, etc.) are the focus for older children, parents of young children can take advantage of a mini-club for their little ones. Evening entertainment and activity programs are also available.
